Where to check whether the service is up, and who to write to about what.
Service status

Until a status page exists, two public endpoints tell you whether the service is up:
https://identity.federal.africa/api/v1/states/returns the member-state list with a count of 66.https://identity.federal.africa/.well-known/jwks.jsonreturns the current signing keys.
Partners should not poll these on their hot path; follow the resilience guidance in the integration guide.

OFIS answers from these addresses only. A message about your Federal ID from any other address, or asking you to send documents by email, is not from OFIS.
